The most frequent problems reported to the helpdesk are fixed by changing your web browser settings to those recommended in the section USING MYCMU. The Google Chrome browser is particularly problematic and not recommended. We highly recommend using Firefox when using myCMU.

Follow the prompts on this link if you need to change your CMU Eagle mail password. This applies only to those with @centralmethodist.edu email addresses. This odes NOT change your myCMU password.

This page has the minimum and recommended technology requirements for successfully taking classes using the myCMU learning management system. If your computing system does not meet these requirements you may have to get access to a system that does (a friend or public library etc) or make prior arrangements with your instructor for alternative ways of dealing with incompatible assignments.
