The most frequent problems reported to the helpdesk are fixed by changing your web browser settings to those recommended in the section USING MYCMU. The Google Chrome browser is particularly problematic and not recommended. We highly recommend using Firefox when using myCMU.

If your browser is not loading page content, "timing out", kicking you off, disconnecting, giving errors on page changes or submissions etc. there are probably old or corrupted cookie settings or cache files in your browser. Use these steps to clear old temp files and optimize settings.
