Most of the features of myCMU have Step-by-Step "How-to" Guides and Troubleshooting Tips in the "Using myCMU" page. The most frequent problems reported to Helpdesk are fixed by changing your web browser settings to those recommended in the tutorials. Google Chrome browser is particularly problematic and not recommended. Firefox is by far the least problematic browser for use with myCMU and is highly recommended.
