Welcome to the myCMU support site for students! This site contains information related to services available on myCMU.
PLEASE NOTE: Some links on the left-hand side and other content on this site are only viewable if you are logged in with your myCMU account.
The most frequent problems reported to the helpdesk are fixed by changing your web browser settings to those recommended in the section USING MYCMU.
The Google Chrome browser is particularly problematic and
not
recommended. We highly recommend using Firefox when using myCMU.

While focused on a reorder icon, press the Enter key or spacebar to "select" the icon. While a reorder icon is selected, pressing the up and down arrows will change the order of the selected item within the list. Pressing Enter key or spacebar again will drop the selected item at that location in the list.
