Course Overview

This college course is designed to provide you with a detailed view of human physiology at the molecular, cellular, tissue, and organismal level. The overall goal of this course is to familiarize you with physiology of the various organs and organ systems of the human body with an emphasis on their control and integration between systems. The study of physiology requires a great deal of memorization and critical thinking including clinical application. We will briefly cover structure, so it is highly recommended that you have taken an extensive anatomy course (BI107 Anatomy). This course is primarily intended for pre-med (Biology), Nursing, Athletic Training, and other health related fields.
