The objectives for this course were taken from the Behavior Analysts Certification Board (BACB) Fourth Edition Task List and the BACB Experience Standards.
The specific objectives, related to the Experience Standards include:
- Engage in activities that are consistent with the dimensions of Applied Behavior Analysis (Baer, Wolf, & Risley, 1968) and approved by your BCBA Supervisor
- Select clients that are appropriate according to the BACB Experience Standards and approved by your BCBA Supervisor
- Attend and present case information in a weekly group supervision meetings, as set by your BCBA supervisor
- Arrange and attend weekly individual supervision meetings with your BCBA supervisor
- Arrange weekly real-time, direct observations of your work with clients/students with your BCBA supervisor
- Maintain an organized record of documentation of ongoing supervision
Complete a BACB Experience Verification form at the end of the practicum, retain a copy for your records, and provide a copy for your BCBA supervisor
