This is a continuation of the study of statistics that began in MA105. Topics include, but are not limited to, experimental design, non-parametric techniques, regression analysis, and ANOVA. Pre-requisite: A “C” or better in MA105. 3 hours.

Upon successful completion of the course, each participant should be able to:

1. collect, organize, summarize, and analyze data using the properly chosen, appropriate techniques.
2. communicate, verbally and in writing, their procedures and results using the correct jargon within the context provided.
