Upon successful completion of the course, each participant should be able to
- Differentiate between technology and media.
- Describe how technology and media can be a resource to facilitate instructional strategies.
- Describe the procedures for selecting, modifying, and designing instructional materials, indicating when each choice is appropriate.
- Discuss the advantages and limitations of the use of computers and multimedia in learning.
- Create multimedia rich lesson plans and projects.
- Understand the legal, ethical, and moral uses of information and technology.
