I have completed the grading of Case Study #3. I had a few students who told me about SOX legislation but did not discuss the implications on the facts given.  You were also asked to cite specific provisions of SOX and discuss areas where other violations could occur.  

I wanted to make sure when you are completing Case Study #4 make sure you are answering the prompts given.

Discussion - These should all be graded. 

Case Study #3 - Currently working on the grading.  These are pretty time consuming with regard to grading so please be patient.  I will get them returned as soon as I can finish the grading.

Review Questions - I will begin grading these when I complete all the Case Study grading.
