Course Description

This course treats a theme across a number of religious and philosophical traditions. Special attention is given to comparative methodology. In this version of the class, the theme treated is ethics.

Course Objectives

Upon successful completion of the course, each participant should be able to:

(1) articulate and support their own positions in written and oral formats.

(2) critically evaluate systems of belief and practice.

(3) responsibly and respectfully engage different philosophical and religious worldviews.
