18 – 20 hours of practicum completed at your approved site.   Log of times and dates you attended.  Log of notes from each session.    3 page reflection on your practicum experience.    Reflection should include:

• Information about your setting (school, classroom, modifications/alterations, etc.)
• The ages of children you worked with/observed, (general IEP information if applicable)
• Things your learned from your site teachers and/or other paraprofessionals at the site,
• Things that were learned in your program that became clearer during your practicum experience,
• Personal evaluation of the practicum experience. 

A = All criteria met, Hours completed, log(s) turned in, reflection meets criteria.

B = Practicum hours completed, log(s) turned in, but refection does not provided does not meet full criteria. 

F = Practicum hours not complete and/or log(s) not turned in, and/or reflection does not meet criteria.
