MU 241A Diction for the Singer is the study of the International Phonetic Alphabet and the unique features of English, Italian, French and German Diction for singing. Each language will be studied with their vowel and consonant symbols with written exercises, pronunciation drills. sung exercises and assigned songs to analyze, transcribe  and sing in class.
