What to do if you miss THIS class...

This class is conversational. It involves reading, responding, and engaging in class. Or writing and engaging in class. Therefore, if you miss this class, what I am requiring is that you use the Zoom link in “About this Course” and “Syllabus” to talk to me directly on Thursday. Sign in promptly at 2:30

Each Thursday I will use part of our class time to sit in Zoom and talk to those who missed class (required) and those who just want to ask questions or go over their writing/work (encouraged).

If you miss class, it is still your responsibility to be doing the homework on time, so when you check in on Zoom, we can discuss 1. The homework you did 2. What we talked about in class 3. What’s due the next week 4. What’s most significant about all this.

In this way, you continue to be an active part of the class, discussing, asking questions, having your work looked at and discussed.

If you have questions let me know sooner than later.

Thursday Optional Drop In (Zoom) [If you missed class or want to conference about your work]

Shane Combs is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
