ED 304: Teaching in the Content Areas Practicum, 1 credit hour, is a clinical experience which includes observation and participation in planning, implementing, and documenting learning experiences in an elementary classroom. Attention will be given to an integrated curricular approach. This portion is 20 hours in a classroom, grades 1-6, for science and social studies. You will also teach a lesson during the practicum. (Preschool classrooms are not allowed. It must be a 1st-6th grade level classroom.)
