BI 105L: Laboratory for Intro to Environmental Science

Course Objectives:

  • Explore the principles, organization and evolution of natural systems through the study of Environmental Science.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and summarize evidence concerning environmental issues using scientific methods.
  • Seek solutions based on accumulated knowledge and current research to problems affecting human health and our environment as informed citizens making ethical decisions.
  • Discover and understand the diversity of environmental conditions experienced by people across the globe.
  • Communicate your views on environmental issues clearly and effectively and understand and respect other’s viewpoints, positions and beliefs.
