Hello everyone, my name is Jason Mahurin I am a 21 year old from Desloge, MO. I am pursuing a career as a Financial Advisor for an investing company. I have been through an internship with a local bank and countless meetings with my local advisors to help gather information and tips on being successful in my career choice. I plan to graduate this winter and start on my certifications shortly afterwards while working at a firm locally. I also enjoy activities like sports, hunting, and video games in my free time.

Jason - You are so close to being finished! My husband and I met with a financial advisor a few months after we got married. My husband has been seeing this financial advisor for many years, but this was the first for me. I really enjoyed meeting this him and he literally kicked my butt into gear. His quote at the time was "If you were to retire at the age of 65, based on your current contributions to retirement funds, you will be able to survive in retirement for 5 years." Talk about a total shock that I desperately needed. That meeting has allowed me to better plan for my future and make saving a priority.

Hello, Jason.  Nice to meet you. I have been through Desloge before.  I go passed there all the time when I travel to St. Louis.  I hope you have a great time as a Financial Advisor when you become one.  You are very close to becoming one.  Looks like you are very much on track.  I also enjoy hunting and video games.  What do you enjoy hunting the most?  Also, what kind of video games do you enjoy playing?  Wish you the best in this class and for the future.
