I believe that these incentives could be an invitation to fraud. I believe that human resources would be who determines whether management has achieved their goals or not. I think there are plenty of incentives that would be less likely to be associated with fraud. I think the incentives that would not be associated with fraud would be ones that do not involve money.

Lindsey, the incentives offered by some companies are most definitely an invitation to fraud, but I do believe that if an employee were to commit fraud, there would be many ways to do it besides lying in order to receive incentives.

I think any incentive that is offered to the mangers to achieve their goals can be a reason to commit fraud. It would come down to that specific person to make the decision of the incentive offered is worth the work or deception. Money incentives would be more agreeable for all employees compared to a trip somewhere that may not be possible for them to take.
