On their website, you can find only positive reviews, and it seems quite suspicious because there are lots of negative comments about this service on the Internet. People complain about the quality of papers provided by non-ENL writers. Some state that their writing is on a high school level, even when you order a dissertation work. Hence, if you have a simple essay, you can choose a standard writer and you will get an average quality paper.

I can easily mistake it for a dozen other companies with similar titles. Okay, maybe I am just nitpicking because the goal of this review is to evaluate the quality of service, not the creativity of their marketing team. So, let's see what this essay writing company can offer.   

I started my analysis with testimonials placed on this website. It is my favorite section because here you can easily understand if the company likes to bend the truth. Being an experienced user of writing companies, I know one thing for sure, and that is, perfect services don’t exist. Everybody makes mistakes from time to time, and it is normal. Even NASA cannot always launch rockets successfully.

But what will we see reading the testimonials on customwritings com? - They have somewhat close to a hundred of comments, and they all say something like “The paper is well-written…”, “This is an amazing work which I've never seen before…”, “Outstanding work, as always..,” and so on. I spent about 20 minutes to look through more than 70 pieces of feedback and I didn’t find at least one testimonial which said “Well, I got a B for the paper I ordered here. Still not bad, I would have written worse.” However, on their main page, you can find statistics which have an average quality score of 8.5 out of 10.

So, why couldn’t I find negative or at least average reviews? I will never believe that there was not at least one pissed-off customer who wrote a wrathful comment. Making a quick investigation, it became clear why they are no longer using their old name. I found out that this Brownie Freelance company was also known under other names like BuyEssay.org, WriteMyEssayOnline.com, and SmartWritingService.com. All these companies had some kind of bad reputation. They had many complaints about poor services and writers who are not native English speakers. The registration address of some companies is the same, and the rest of them just do not mention it. So, is customwritings legit? - I cannot say for sure.

As always, on their website, you can find revision and refund policies. The revision policy allows getting an unlimited number of revisions during first 7 days. The money-back guarantee seems to be honest, and they explain in detail the cases in which you can request a refund. They even promise to give a discount code for another order if you are unsatisfied with your paper. As for me, it is a good advantage because the majority of services I visited before had on average 3 free revisions and a very tricky money-back guarantee policy.

I checked the site about three times trying to find at least one phrase about on-time delivery but found nothing. Well, maybe it explains why almost 5% of customers according to their statistics do not receive papers on time.

So, you can be one of twenty unlucky clients who will get an order with a delay. And you probably cannot start a dispute about this issue because there was no single promise about on-time delivery. Quality paper? - Yes. Free revisions? - Here you are. On-time delivery? - Never promised that.

Wait, does it mean that if I chose the standard price, then a non-native professional will do my work? I contacted a customer support agent and my concerns proved to be true. Progressive delivery means that you will receive a paper step by step so that you can check the writer’s progress. This feature will cost you 10% more.
